    You are entitled to return products if you change your mind within 14 days from receipt. Make sure the products have not been used, worn, washed, altered or damaged and carefully packed in original packaging with all tags still attached.

    Please send your return request, along with your order number and reason for return, to our Customer Service team. We’ll get back to you with the next steps shortly.

    Carefully prepare and pack the item(s) you wish to return. Kindly note that return costs are at your own expense. Please choose a trusted shipping service with tracking to ensure your package arrives safely. Products can also be returned at Gogetti Flagship Store.

  • 4. Refund and Exchange

    After our warehouse has received your return and verified that all of the conditions have been met, you will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return. Receipt of refund will depend on the policies of the payment method used to purchase the product.

How do I return an item purchased in-store?

You can return products bought in our Gogetti Flagship store within 30 days of purchase. Simply bring the unused item in its original packaging, with all tags attached, along with your receipt. A store representative will check the item and guide you through the return options.

Returns are not accepted if the item is worn, used, missing tags, or suspected to be fraudulent.
