What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. The products should not have been used, worn, washed, altered or damaged. Only Gogetti has the right to determine whether products are in their original condition.Visit our return center page for more details.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, we offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. Deposits will be issued for out-of-stock items upon request.
Are there any costs associated with returning an item?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. For more details, check our return policy.
How do I return an item purchased in-store?
You can return products bought in our Gogetti Flagship store within 30 days of purchase. Simply bring the unused item in its original packaging, with all tags attached, along with your receipt. A store representative will check the item and guide you through the return options.
Returns are not accepted if the item is worn, used, missing tags, or suspected to be fraudulent.
