How long does it take to process my order?

Orders placed before 5PM CET are typically processed within the same day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Do you offer international shipping?

Gogetti offers worldwide free shipping using DHL Express. Delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We process orders quickly, but if you need to update your shipping address, please contact our support team at customerserivce@gogetti.eu as soon as possible.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method:

Europe Shipping : 1-3 business days
International Shipping: 2-4 business days

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor its progress.

What should I do if my package is lost or delayed?

What should I do if I receive a damaged item? 

We are sorry if you received a damaged or defective item! Please contact our support team at customerservice@gogetti.eu with your order number and photos of the item, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, in their original condition with tags attached. Visit our return center page for more details.

How do I initiate a return?

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, we offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. Deposits will be issued for out-of-stock items upon request.

Are there any costs associated with returning an item?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. For more details, check our return policy.

How do I return an item purchased in-store?

You can return products bought in our Gogetti Flagship store within 30 days of purchase. Simply bring the unused item in its original packaging, with all tags attached, along with your receipt. A store representative will check the item and guide you through the return options.

Returns are not accepted if the item is worn, used, missing tags, or suspected to be fraudulent.
