Gogetti Summer

A Tuscan afternoon, a little further north.

Summer in Tuscany has its own pace. Long tables, warm stone, lemons hanging heavy on the branch and nowhere in particular to be.

For one day, we brought some of that home. To mark the arrival of the Gogetti Summer collection, we dressed the store the way a Tuscan summer would: lemons everywhere, sun-washed colours, the doors wide open to the street.

The weather played along. Drinks were cold, the light was soft and the sun did most of the work. People drifted in from outside and back out again, glass in hand, trying something on in between. Nobody seemed in a hurry to leave.

The collection was made for days like this. Light fabrics, relaxed silhouettes and soft tones taken from the same landscapes that shaped the afternoon. Clothes that move easily from the heat of the day into the evening after it.

Italy taught us how to slow down in summer. Ethiopia taught us what it means to live in the sun. That afternoon sat somewhere between the two.
